I do not know if this is the right section, if it is not move it well ...
I tried to put the data of two blogs, but every time he says:
Database Error: Unable to connect to the database: Could not connect to MySQL
What's wrong?

If it is on other server make, sure the user have access to that database on that server. Contact your hosting provider for help.
