Problem with russian Joomla 2.5

I'm using russian Joomla 2.5
I have used all Encoding from module, but it's still with:

Could you help me?

You can try adding the following line to your .htaccess file if you have it and use UTF-8 encoding for your site:
AddDefaultCharset UTF-8.
Also make sure that you are using correct DB collation, for example utf8_general_ci.
If nothing helps, you might want to speak to your host. Hope it helps. Normally it is not a big problem.
