Free extensions for Joomla!

Hello!

I have a menu with a few separators. These separator are currently showing on my sitemap. In the XML version of the sitemap, it gives a link to the homepage.

I searched through the forum and found some threads where people had the same issue, but could not find a definitive solution.

What is the recommended way to hide separators from both html and xml versions of the sitemap?
