Free extensions for Joomla!

first of all - sorry for my bad english

i have instalt the latest zOOm Media Gallery, and it works varry well.

Now i like to inklude a PHP file that start in front and pack always wenn somebody upload a image. The php file is for updating the member profile list and the pics are for this profiles.

is this possible - and when - wath have i too to?
