Using with access control

I use JACL for different access control - one group is called subscribers.

Subscriber only articles are in categories and sections also with the access level "subscriber".

On another page, I want to use Global News to display the items from these sections.

Everything, including the module has the access level "subscriber", yet the output of the module remains blank. If I change the module parameters to display a content category that is public, I have no problem.

Any ideas gratefully received.
