Text beside stars

Hi,

Is it possible to add some text on the right side of the stars? Something to tease the visitors to rate the articles like "Please rate this article!"

As I am newby to php and Joomla I cannot find where to add the code.
Any ideas?

Having the ability to add a descriptive text message would be a great feature along with the ability to change the images.

Does anyone have an idea on how to do these things?
