"Copy Failed"

I have installed the ExtraVote Plugin but when it is enabled I get an error "Copy Failed" on all content pages that should have ratings.

I am running in 1.5 Native. Have disabled Content-Rating although the error and page display are the same wven if both plugins are active.

I have tried removing, re-downloading and re-installing and have no luck. If some one can help me get this working would be fantastic.

Clean joomla instal with demo content.

can you open plugins/content/extravote/backup.php and totally replace plugins/content/extravote.php with it?
