Xmap is just not working anymore...

I'm not sure when it happened, but Xmap no longer works for me. Trying to bring up either XML or HTML map returns the following in my firefox browser:

The page isn't redirecting properly

Firefox has detected that the server is redirecting the request for this address in a way that will never complete.

* This problem can sometimes be caused by disabling or refusing to accept cookies.

And this in Safari:
---------------
Safari can’t open the page.
Too many redirects occurred trying to open “http://www.mysite.com/component/option,com_xmap/lang,en/no_html,1/sitemap,1/view,xml/”. This might occur if you open a page that is redirected to open another page which then is redirected to open the original page.
---------------

Any ideas what may be happening here?

I am using Sobi2 (with the Xmap plugin) and sh404SEF if that helps.

hi! there is an option to tell sh404 to ignore xmap's urls

or maybe you can also try:
http://www.mysite.com/index2.php?option=com_xmap&lang=en&no_html=1&sitemap=1&view=xml
