<UPDATE- SELF-SOLVED> Preferences FREEZE - newbie needs help

Hey guys,

I am new to all this. I just downloaded the Xmap version for Joomla 1.0 because I'm running 1.0.12.
It installed fine and even created the map for my menu in seconds. It was a breeze...BUT... whenever I go to Options --> Preferences...it locks up me. It says "Loading Preferences...." but that's as far as it goes.

Any suggestions?


As a side note...
Is there a way to get it to map the categories under other components like News Feeds and Contacts?


Any tips all you pros could lend a young padawan would be greatly appreciated.

Hey guys,

Just thought I'd let everybody know that I figured out what the issue was. It had something to do with logging in under --> admin.sitename.com. Once I logged in under -->www.sitename.com/administrator the issue was resolved!
