SH404SEF 1.0.11 build 147 Xmap 1.2 ISSUES

I am running J1.5.8 on PHP5.2.5 with SH404SEF 1.0.11 build 147 and Xmap 1.2 and have been having nothing but problems when attempting to load the site map from the sites front end. First all I got was a FORBIDDEN ACCESS page that referenced Flooding. So I increased the anti-flooding control to 200 - 100 and the page stopped showing FORBIDDEN ACCESS but now it show a Redirect Loop that will not open the Xmap site map

This site was working fine until these flooding errors started and I have NO idea why they are occurring. I need professional help as I am not a programmer but I do know enough to be able to navigate through the file structures if someone can take some time to help me troubleshoot this. HELP!

NEVERMIND! I paid a developer to fix the issue! What is the point of having a forum if nobody in it offers any assistance?
