Two pagebreak bugs

I've found two bugs in content plugin with pagebreaks:

1 (maior) - When a menu item is a single article, the subpages of that articles are not shown (but if the category / section of that article is another menu item the subpages are shown)

2 (minor) - The last change date/time of subpages is the current time, not the last changed time of the article.

Do you have any ideas about how to solve these ones?

These bugs I've found some month ago in a older version persist in the current 2.0 version I'm using with Joomla 1.7.0.
I'm not sure these bugs are in the core of Xmap or in the Content Plugin...

Any news? Any workaround?

I think the first one is a major bug, because an article with a specific menu item is an important article!
