Mootools disabled even with MT Upgrade on

Hi I'm running Joomla Version 1.5.23, I'm using xMap 1.2.11 and I have Mootools Upgrade running.

Mootools is appearing in the header for the rest of my pages except in the HTML sitemap area where xMap is running. To me it seems like xMap is replacing it when its trying to use it's own CSS file. Is there any way of fixing this error?

Psh.. All I had to do was add this just after the opening HEAD tag:

Still though I do find it unusual that I need to do that, most other plugins, modules and components don't mess with that.
