Failed deleting en-GB.xmapext_com_kunena.ini

When i uninstall the kunena xmap plugin (as i dont run kunena on my website) i get the warning/error

Failed deleting en-GB.xmapext_com_kunena.ini
Failed to delete /home/mwhconst/public_html/administrator/language/en-GB/en-GB.xmapext_com_kunena.ini

Can you please let me know why this is and how to fix.
