Not displaying all published menus

Easiest to see by visiting the site directly, www.mercury-sail.com. Select Photo Gallery... and you will drill down to and individual photo page (right now "2011 Labor Day Regatta' or select either the 2011 or 2011 photo archives which will drill down to the appropriate photo pages. However if you look at the site map (last menu choice) the 2011 archive is displayed, but the 2010 archive and associate child pages are not displayed.

My error, saving an article page as a copy got me in trouble again. Copy ended up being an overwrite and didn't create a new article page, so ended up linking two menus to the same page.
