HTML missing links - XML complete

I'm having the same problems as others.

Just downloaded and installed XMap on a new 1.7 site on Friday. The XML contains all the links, but the HTML sitemap is missing several. It's strange because most of the links on the site are just to a single article at the moment.

I've attached a zip file with screenshots of the sitemap manager showing the stats, the menu manager menu items for the main menu (partial because of size limit on attachment), and the web page displaying the sitemap.

Let me know if you need anything else to help you diagnose the problem.
