2 urls for kunena one with index one without

I'm running Joomla 2.5.4, Kunena 1.7.2 and Xmap 2.2.1 for some reason Xmap is creating 2 urls per topic for my kunena forum one with index in it and one without. This is causing issues with Google because it sees it as Duplicate content.

Were the changes Matias from Kunena made to the 1.5 plugin incorporated into the Joomla 2.5 version?
