google webmaster tool duplicate title

Installed ... submit great and no error, but when I go deeper on google webmaster tool it shows duplicate title error for almost all of my articles.
An example with 3 title duplicates:
Uberstrike - Games - Entertainment - emilights
/entertainment/games/40-uberstrike
/entertainment/games/uberstrike
/index.php/entertainment/games/uberstrike
How to avoid this ?
