SobiPro plugin and transliteration/not URL-encoded

Hi! First, thanks a lot for this huge component to Joomla.
Xmap works not properly with SobiPro (whatever if SEF is enabled or not - with SobiPro Router app enabled or not).
Url for my sitemap http://www.metalspace.ru/index.php?option=com_xmap&view=xml&tmpl=component&id=2

For entries, the name in the url is not transliterated and Cyrillic alphabet is not URL-encoded

For example, if I've created an entry:
- in SobiPro I have the url looks like: http://www.metalspace.ru/mediacatalog/library/162-aglomeracionnyjcprocess.html
- but in Xmap the same url looks like: http://www.metalspace.ru/mediacatalog/library/podgotovka-syrya/162-Агломерационный-процесс.html (the ulr is not transliterated and using Cyrillic alphabet)

I would like to see in Xmap for entry of SobiPro http://www.metalspace.ru/mediacatalog/library/162-aglomeracionnyjcprocess.html:
- or the same url like http://www.metalspace.ru/mediacatalog/library/162-aglomeracionnyjcprocess.html
- or the URL-encoded with out Cyrillic alphabet http://www.metalspace.ru/mediacatalog/library/podgotovka-syrya/162-Агломерационный-процесс.html but URL-encoded like http://www.metalspace.ru/mediacatalog/library/podgotovka-syrya/162-%D0%90%D0%B3%D0%BB%D0%BE%D0%BC%D0%B5%D1%80%D0%B0%D1%86%D0%B8%D0%BE%D0%BD%D0%BD%D1%8B%D0%B9-%D0%BF%D1%80%D0%BE%D1%86%D0%B5%D1%81%D1%81.html

So in Xmap i have:
- ulr not transliterated
- url with out URL-encoded but using Cyrillic alphabet, that is not allowed in rules of SiteMap

Please help me.
