Kunena SEF URL not working

XMAP is generating the topic URLs for my Kunena forum like so:

http://www.epirus.com.br/forum-epirus/indice/40/385-nao-consigo-abrir-pps-diretamente-do-outlook-2007.html

However, upon clicking on the URL it is rewritten to:

http://www.epirus.com.br/forum-epirus/40/385-nao-consigo-abrir-pps-diretamente-do-outlook-2007/list.html

I can't figure out why that is the case and it won't rewrite the last part if I try to use ReWriteRule. Any ideas on how to get this sorted?
