URLs not generated properly for alias menu items

Very interesting explanation, bit it still does not solve the problem.

Xmap can hide the correct menu item but unfortunataly it does not hide the wrong ones.

Back to my previuos example, if I exclude the (correct) menu ID 47, it goes away from the sitemap,
But if I try to hide the (wrong) menu ID 25 (?), it is still displayed on the sitemap.

It seems that Xmap only allows to exclude the correct menu IDs, the only ones displayed in the Listbox besides the Exclude Menu IDs textbox in the Admin panel.

I still have not found a solutions and this unfortunatly renders Xmap unusable on my site.
