Patch to enable translation (1.5 only)

Hello,
I've patched this mod by adding the ability to translate the "read more..." phrase (like using Joomfish).

Edit line 22 of <joomla_dir>/modules/mod_wpposts/tmpl/default.php and replace "Read more..." with $params->get('read_more_text'))

Then edit <joomla_dir>/modules/mod_wpposts/mod_wpposts.xml and add the line

<param name="read_more_text" type="text" default="" label="Read more text" description="Text to display to 'read more'" />

after the "readmore" param.

This way you can use Joomfish to translate the "Read more..." hardcoded sentence.

Maybe you can include this into the next release.
