Sitemap not picking up all links

Hi,

I have a site where part of it uses a reviewing system called jreviews. It uses standard content items and has a bolt on to allow reviews to be posted.

for some reason, these content items are not being listed as you can see form the sitemap: http://www.tfsuncovered.co.uk/index.php?option=com_xmap&sitemap=1

Any ideas what is wrong? Also, I have links in articles, should these be picked up as well?
