xml output (need it to show link title) HELP!

Hey guys, i tried to find a flash menu plugin for joomla but i failed =p. So i see xmap as an alternative to load menu itens into a flash menu. So thats the real goal, now i will explain what i need.

I need xmap to output a XML file displaying url and title of each mainmenu link.

This is what its displaying:
