Sitemap not producing full xml file

Hello there,

First than all, Congratulations for what a great component working perfect with Google Webmaster Tools for every single website.

I just got recently a problem, have installed the site map in a large website using SOBI, have installed the Sobi plugin.
this is what I get:

HTML XML
Last visit Aug/04/2008 Aug/04/2008
Number of visits 5 317
Number of links 2368 696

The mumber of links in the XML is not showing all the links, there should be 2368 Links but is just showing 696, is this something to do with the component? or maybe the plugin?

BTW: using Jooml 1.0.15, Xmap 1.1
