site map's width too large

Postby error4o4 » Tue Nov 18, 2008 12:22 pm

It seems like the site map's width is as large as the longest article title, and that breaks my template, pushing the column on the right foo far.
Is there a way to make the table's width smaller ?

You can see my site at http://www.npa31.org/index.php?option=com_xmap&sitemap=1&Itemid=202 to understand what I mean. The site map is the only page on the site where this problem occurs.

OK I should try to search a bit longer before posting my problems...
The good part about finding the answer is it might be useful for others : if you want the articles' titles to wrap and not make your window too large, just remove the 2 lines that say "white-space : nowrap;" from xmap.css.
I don't see why they were there in the first place...

Hi, thanks for replying with the solution to your own problem. I hope this will help others with this problem.

Honestly, I don't see any reason of why is that in the css file. I think I'll remove it for future releases.

Thanks again!

I deleted the "nowrap" lines in the css file, but nothing happened. Could you pls tell me how to change this: http://www.pravo-online.com/index.php?o ... Itemid=129

Thanks in advance!
