Google Webmaster Warning Status

Postby roma64 » Thu Jan 29, 2009 9:31 pm

Hi!

I have installed Xmap on J1.59 and it is working fine but I think I am missing something and possibly what I am missing is an extension. Now, I have submitted the xml file to Google via the Google Webmaster Tool but I keep getting a warning that 'All the URLs in your Sitemap are set to the same priority'. I read the forum but I couldn't find what I am looking for (of course, the answer to my issue). I read in another thread about a content plugin. Again, I only installed the Xmap and nothing else. Do I also need the content plugin and if so, where is the download link because when I go through the download section, I just can't find it.

I do apologize if the answer is somewhere in the forum. Thank you.

Sincerely yours!

Hi, you can change the priority of your items in the options for each extension. Go to your backend and select:
Components->Xmap and then select the "Extensions" tab.

The content extension is installed with Xmap. You don't need to install it.
