ahhh- cant install xmap... please help

just tried that and it still gives me the same error.

joomla is driving me crazy. i am just going to continue creating content for my site and make a list of all the things i wnat to add and cant.

then i will pay somebody to do them. i have spent 6 hours now trying to add the site map and still nothing. surely it would cheaper to hire someone who knows what he is doing...
