[SOLVED] Xmap producing wrong XML file
Hi,
I really appreciate this component. Its the first one that I always install when I begin tests on new Joomla 1.5 versions. Up until RC2, no prob.
On RC3, xmap v1.0.3 issues a wrong XML file. The pb is very simple:
instead of
http://www.mydomain.com/RC3/index.php?option=com_content&view=frontpage&Itemid=1
I have
http://www.mydomain.com/RC3/RC3/index.php?option=com_content&view=frontpage&Itemid=1
As it is in a sub-domain, it doubles the name of sub-domain folder.
I always use subdomains to test new versions, and I have never had any pb before with xmap.
I triple checked with several installs/uninstalls, to no avail.
Any suggestion/solution ?

Re:Xmap producing wrong XML file
Hi, I had tried to reproduce your problem but I it worked fine for me. I installed Joomla RC3 on a sub-folder and I had no problems. Can you try downloading the component again, and re-installing it?
Thanks and please come back with any news!

Re:Xmap producing wrong XML file
I did this.
And now it works !!!
My mistake might have been linked to MySQL updates and cache. Dont know.
Anyway thanks very much for caring to answer.
And keep up the good work.
PS: details of the process, it might help
1-Uninstall xMap. It saves a backup of MySQL tables.
2-Re-Install xMap.
3-Through admin, create a new SiteMap. Set it as default. Delete the old one.
