External / pdf links

Hi

I'm using Joomla 2.5 and the latest version of Xmap (2.2.1).

I've added 3 items to a 'hidden' menu so that they show up in Xmap. Two of these links are to internal articles, the other is a link to a pdf file. If I add the hidden menu to a test page, then all three links work fine. However the pdf doesn't show up in Xmap.

In the hidden menu, I've tried adding the pdf in two different ways:

documents/file.pdf
http://www.mysite.com/documents/file.pdf

Both of these version show up and work in the menu, but neither show up in Xmap.

Help in resolving this would be appreciated.
