double links in sitemap
Hey,
I was wondering I can fix this. I have 3 url's that are all the same.
Can I delete those somehow?
Why does Xmap generate 3 of the same links?

Re: double links in sitemap
I use Joomla 1.5 at the moment and the lastest Xmap component for this.
Still not have an answer on this one.
Any tips?
I thought the issue is solved in later versions of Xmap.

Re: double links in sitemap
I have three times the frontpage in my xml file.
I have read this quote in the faq:

How do I exclude an item from the sitemap
Xmaps provides an easy way to exclude any item from the site map with just one click. To do that just make sure you are logged in as Super Administrator in your frontend and then visit your site map (HTML format), search the element you want to exclude from it and then click over the green check.

Google Webmaster says that I should exclude two from the three same links in my sitemap.
Not sure how to do it.
Also installed the plugin but it seems not really usefull to solve this issue.
At the moment I only can think of updating the whole site (which is too much work at the moment).

I progressed a bit, but still not done
Sitedoc.com is useful for cause you can find the links that are problematic.
