Subcategory items

Hi I am sorry to bother you all. I have tried to help myself but, I am stuck.

I have two website that are essentially the same: The only difference is the one is in English and the other is in Polish.

The xml site map for the .pl website shows the sub items of the Testimonials (Referencje) which is what I would ideally like. The .co.uk does not show the sub items of the category in the xml sitemap.

I have compared the menu item settings, the category settings, the article settings, the menu module settings and the Xmap settings with no avail. I have even cleared the cache.

Please can you tell me where I can set this setting? Or what I need to look out for?
