1019 Parsing error in Google Dashboard

Im getting this error after submitting the sitemap to Google. Funny thing is that I have another joomla website that i have xmap installed and there are no errors. Im running Jommla 1.51 and the html sitemap looks good. Could anyone please shade a light on this? Thanks-

Hi kisii, if you take a look at your xml sitemap source and go to line 1019, you'll find this line:
<loc>http://kisii.com/portal/index.php?option=com_content&amp;view=article&amp;catid=1:latest-news&amp;id=215:You&#226;??re%20on%20your%20own,%20Nyachae%20tells%20MPs&amp;Itemid=126</loc>

There is a special char as a single quote. Maybe you should change your article alias to use a regular single quote "'" or not use it at all.

That worked perfectly . You are awesome man. Are there any plans to support such characters as {'}? I noticed that xmap actually modified some titles with a bunch of characters? How come it did not do that for all article titles? Thanks.

Great! Actually Xmap support some special characters, including ('). The character in that title wasn't a regular simple quote, those charactes some times are copied from MS Word or something like that.
