Google Webmaster Tools Error

I like to think of having a bit of experience with these matters, but this current situation has me stumped.

Using both ArtioSEF as well as Xmap.

The current address for the XMap generated sitemap I have is:
http://premiumhumidors.com/sitemap.html

However, setting this in with Googles Webmaster Tools, I get the following error:
Unsupported file format
Your Sitemap does not appear to be in a supported format. Please ensure it meets our Sitemap guidelines and resubmit.

Can someone please assist in trying to correct this error?
Is there something I can do to repair this?
Any help is greatly appreciated.

hi, please submit the xml sitemap url to google, that's your html sitemap.

my apologies in advance for my ignorance...but how do i do this?
right now i have submitted the url (posted above) that generated the error...how do i submit the xml instead?

Hi, go to your sitemap preferences, there you can find your xml url.

Click the blue arrow on the upper-right corner of your sitemap, in the admin area.

If you have any trouble please come back!

sorry i have been doing this .. submitting the xml ...

but google rejects it ...

i'm getting ...

i think i always was getting this error, but i just gave up .. and haven't been able to submit, then i saw you have a new version so i reinstalled the component.

so far, i've gone back to that old post and deleted the line:

echo '<?xml-stylesheet type="text/xsl" href="'. $mosConfig_live_site.'/components/com_xmap/gss.xsl"?>'."
";

from the xmap.xml.php file ... still no luck.

any suggestions?

I'm sorry, the sitemap looks fine to me. I don't know what the problem is! :(
