Two questions

I have to two questions (i hope of easy resolution :D).

1. I want to block the download feature. I uploading videos to my Zoom Gallery and i dont want that my users can download them (only watch in streaming). I dont know what parameter i have to modify to change that.

2. My videos dont have picture in the thumbnails section, i only see the video icon. ¿How i can change this icon with a frame of the video?.

1. I believe the download feature is the 'lightbox' feature? If so, to disable this login to your Joomla backend and goto Components -> ZOOM media gallery -> Settings -> Features and turn 'Lightbox' to 'No'.
