Re: Install XML error
There is nothing wrong with my servers, I've always used Zoom Gallery - the only thing I bought this version is my one website requires more than 1 user to use the gallery, and the permissions don't work with free legacy version on your site.
This is an installation error when i download the file from your site. It cant find the xml file in the package.

Re: Install XML error
Hi, that error is commonly when the setting for max_upload_size in lower than 3Mb in the php.ini file. Please check if that value is set to 3MB or higher. If it is, or you cannot change the value for that property, then please try uploading the uncompressed package to a temporal folder in your server and install it from there.

Re: Install XML error
Well it is definitely not an upload limit, my upload limit is 50mb.
Upon decompressing and installing ... i still keep getting the same error.

Hi, please check the permission for that folder (/home/www/cgjs/public_html/com_zoom)
Make sure that your web server can read and explore that folder.

Re: Install XML error
Thats weird! For some reason Joomla cannot parse that folder! Can you try installing any other component/extension using that same method?
