upload tabs not displaying correctly

the tabs to select the type of upload are displayng one under the other down the page and not as expected as tabs across the top

Do you still have your admin template "khepri" in there?

Please check if you are having a JavaScript error in your error console. Is better if you try with Firefox and then check your Error console option, under the "Tools" menu option. (Please clean the console before accessing the media upload page)
