Folders and breadcrumbs

Got following problem:
in a new ZMG- Installation I made some new folders (you can see them in attachment pic. 1).
In pic. 1 you can see, that the folders are not in the folder-list at left side. So its impossible to change an entry.
In pic 2. the breadcrums are not completely correct.
Please help.

Did you get my attachment? Which file-type is allowed?
