Problem With Xmap

Postby joomlagal » Wed Nov 06, 2013 7:24 pm

This morning I updated my website to the new version of Joomla 3.2 and now my sitemap no longer works. The error I get looks like this:

Warning: require_once(/home/deerpest/public_html/includes/application.php) [function.require-once]: failed to open stream: No such file or directory in /home/deerpest/public_html/components/com_xmap/helpers/xmap.php on line 12

Fatal error: require_once() [function.require]: Failed opening required '/home/deerpest/public_html/includes/application.php' (include_path='.:/usr/lib/php:/usr/local/lib/php') in /home/deerpest/public_html/components/com_xmap/helpers/xmap.php on line 12

Is there something I can do to fix this on my end or is there a patch that I can apply? I really love Xmap and would love to continue using in the future.

Thanks,
joomlagal

I'm also getting a similar error on a fresh install of Joomla 3.2 - please see below.

I can see the problem - there is no application.php file in my "includes" folder.

Any help would be appreciated!

Code: Select all
Fatal error: require_once() [function.require]: Failed opening required '/home/xxx/public_html/32/includes/application.php' (include_path='.:/usr/lib/php:/usr/local/lib/php') in /home/planetca/public_html/32/components/com_xmap/helpers/xmap.php on line 12

I'll post back here if I can solve this problem...

Cheers,
