Image description not working

Zoom 1.5 native:
In Media gallery I edit a medium. Add a description, save it, open it again, and it is not there. Then I go to the front end, and check the image, and there is no description. I have checked my settings, and I think they are fine. But perhaps I missed something. I added the medium part in an attachment.
Can you pls check this out? Image descriptions are quite important for me.
