Preview Icon in Thumbnail (videos)

Hello

I have a problem uploading videos. When i upload a video i always have an icon like preview frame of the video. I want to upload a special picture or frame for this video (like in the pictures galleries). ¿How i can do that?.

Hi, you need to have FFmpeg installed on your server for get this feature working. Do you have it installed?

FFmpeg is program you should install on your server, it's not related to Joomla. Please ask to your hosting provider if you have this available.

Yesterday i move my site to a new server to install FFmpeg, but now, in the new server, i have a problem. When i try to upload new pictures or videos i always receive the same error:

Hi, I have updated the package with some fixes a few days ago. Could you please download and install the package again and let me know if that fixes your problem?

i installed the new package but i have some problems already.

- I cant upload pictures to the new categories that i create. When im triying to upload pictures to a new category, i always receive the same error: "Copy Failed, cant move object (or something like that in english)". But i can upload pictures to categories that i created some time ago, i dont know why.
- All thumbnails that i had are broken now, ¿there is any form of recover them?.
- Now im in a new server with FFmpeg enabled, but i dont have thumbnails for my videos (my videos are .wmv, i think that its a good format for ZMG, maybe not).
