Gallery Description Dissapears

Hello I never did get this figured out, if I type in a gallery description then save the description dissapears. It is still visable from the frontend and of course it is in the DB but it seems the WYSIWYG editor can't load it back in.

I already re-installed ZOOM but no luck.

Which WYSIWYG editor are you using? is it Joomla's default?

I am using the version of Zoom from april 2008 and TinyMCE 2.0, I also just noticed that in IE7 the popup window with the two globes and arrows does not go away.

Hi, that's the old version. That problem is solved in the version for Joomla 1.5 in native mode. I'm sorry, I don't longer support that version.

Is it possible to upgrade to the new version without losing my galleries?

Yes, it is. The component doesn't delete the tables when it's uninstalled. So you can uninstall the older version and install the new one and all your galleries shouldn't be lost!

Alright I have upgraded to the new version and am still having this problem, the description for gallery manager is blank when I click on an existing gallery.

I am using IE 7 on both vista and XP Joomla 1.5.0 and TinyMCE 2.0 and a fresh install of Zoom Native 1.5

By the way I noticed that the loading popup does not go away in Fire Fox 3

Hi, which version are you using? is it the Joomla 1.5 Native?
