Help changing colors...

I'm having trouble finding the correct css entires to change some colors. I want the background on my main galleries page changed to black and the description for each gallery changed to white. Here's what I'm talking about: http://www.3alarmmedia.com/index.php/media-gallery.html

I want the grey background changed to black and the description for each gallery to be white. Anyone know how to do this?
