Vertically align text

Hi there,

I've just started using this module on the main page of my site (http://www.nzmac.com).

I love it, but I really want the block of text (story title, introtext and readmore/comments buttons) to be in the middle vertically. No matter how I hack the files, if I pad out the top of the text, the image gets padded out too.

Any suggestions as to how to vertically align the text?
