Error on livesite

Hi,
I installed both actual version and an old version, and both have a problem. Maybe I didn;t uninstalled coorectly the first time, and now I don;t know what to do.
When plugin is enabled It says system error "Copy failed".
Please help

issue fixed. I deleted all stuff related to the plugin, includin db and reinstalled.
