how do i load an already existing extra-vote-id into content??

how to load the nice looking star rating for this already existing item into
an article from the database?

i already know that the database is jos_content_rating. but i do not know how
to load the whole star rating into content. it should be pityful easy for a pro here.
please give me a short hint and yours shall be thanked.
