Howto create the XML sitemap

I have a real simple beginners question :)
I have downloaded and installed the XMap component.
But how do I create the XML sitemap?

I added the sitemap component to my menu and it shows nice:
http://www.one-company.nl/sitemap

But somewhere I seem to be missing how to get a XML sitemap...

Hi, in the preferences of the sitemap, you can see the URL for the XML sitemap.

Should be something similar to:
/index.php?option=com_xmap&view=xml&no_html=1&sitemap=1
