Question from a new Zoom User

Hello,

my English is not the best but I hope you understand what I want and can help me.

I use zoom only recently did and wanted it installed in my side.
The installation went without any error messages
After installation, I had then 3 errors.
See below.

configuration file is : Not Writable
stylesheet files are : Not Writable
FTP configuration file is : Not Writable
Thats Prob is cleared all Files now writable.
Still working and saving settings.

Another problem is that when I upload files always get the message.

Medium Name
Error type
Shadowhunterdrophelm.jpg
Medium kann nicht verschoben werden.


Can someone explain to me, .jpg is a format approved in the joomla configuration and the upload in MorfeoShow works.

Hi, can you check if the folder /images/zoom exists and it is writable by the web server user?
