xmap questions MTree & iJoomla magazine

Installed xmap and the plugins for Mosets Tree & iJoomla magazine. The install was easy and had sitemaps generated in no time. Google verified the sitemap with no errors. Excellent component.

However I have had the following strange issues:-

Mosets Tree - All the listings are in the sitemap but when I view the sitemaps they show the categories & listings starting from a primary category I have named Food & Drink, all it's sub categories and listings are then shown. However I have the following Primary categories (Accommodation, Animals, Arts & Entertainment, Commercial, Construction) these and their sub categories show in the Mtree directory above Food & Drink but in the xmap sitemaps they are shown after Food & Drink. All other categories and sub-categories show correctly in the sitemaps. Any thoughts?

iJoomla Magazine - I am using the ijoomla magazine menu module ( mod_magazine_menu ) to list magazines and issues. In the xmap configuration I've selected the Magazine menu but xmap only appears to map the magazine and issue titles, it doesn't map the content? In the xmap preferences I changed the Show Menu Titles: Expand Content Categories: Expand Content Sections: options but the magazine articles are still not mapped. I've also reinstalled the iJoomla xmap plugin. Am I missing someting?

Site is Joomla 1.0.13, also have SH404 -w2 component.

Would also be interested to hear from other users of MTree & iJoomla of there experiences, tips with xmap.
