Problem with gallery categories in utf-8 - GR

There was a known problem in the Zoom Gallery version for 1.0.x

The problem was that when someone makes a gallery category in utf-8 Greek, everything becomes ??????????????

This fix doesnt seem to work in your version. could you check it please?
