Xmap 2.1 and multilanguage

hi,
i use joomla 1.7 multilanguage (Italian & English) with Xmap 2.1.
The component works it but in map xml not show the link in english but only in italian..
How to solve?

I have the same problem here as well. Even though I include all menus in the sitemap (each for each site language), only one menu/language is shown in the XML file.

It seems to be a major issue.
I think Xmap must include a language field in its database config and thus can distinguish between the languages of the menus in a multi-language J 1.7.x installation.

You can submit two or more sitemap urls to google, so you can submit one URL for english and other for the italian or spanish for example! there is no need to create two sitemaps, just submit the same sitemap's url but replacing the lang part of it.

Eg:

/en/index.php?option=com_xmap&view=xml&id=1 <<-- This one for english

/es/index.php?option=com_xmap&view=xml&id=1 <<-- This one for espanish

/it/index.php?option=com_xmap&view=xml&id=1 <<-- This one for italian

Xmap will generate the links correctly for each language

In Joomla 2.5 multi language and Xmap-2.2.1 you have to submit one site map for each language in Google for Webmasters in this format:

index.php?option=com_xmap&view=xml&tmpl=component&id=1&lang=bg - for Bulgarian
index.php?option=com_xmap&view=xml&tmpl=component&id=1&lang=en - for English
index.php?option=com_xmap&view=xml&tmpl=component&id=1&lang=de - for Deutsch

it doesn't work for me. I have created 3 different menus for 3 languages and I tried to add to google lines:

index.php?option=com_xmap&view=xml&tmpl=component&id=1&lang=pl (display correctly - default language)
index.php?option=com_xmap&view=xml&tmpl=component&id=1&lang=en (error)
index.php?option=com_xmap&view=xml&tmpl=component&id=1&lang=ru (error)

or

index.php?option=com_xmap&view=xml&tmpl=component&id=1 (display correctly - default language)
index.php?option=com_xmap&view=xml&tmpl=component&id=2 (no urls - EN menu)
index.php?option=com_xmap&view=xml&tmpl=component&id=3 (no urls - RU menu)

Hello.
Same problem for me, with Joomla 2.5.4 and 3 languages.

I place my file sitemap.xml at the root of my website, and I give this path to Google. But there is only the french links in sitemap.xml.

I don't understand the solution given by guilleva.

I understand an i tryed the tips of Guilleva.
I assure you that it does not work with our version of joomla+falang.
Is there someone that has some tips for us?

i have the exact same problem here
i have a two languages site, so if i create ONE sitemap, i get only the french pages,and if i create one sitemap for french and one for dutch, i get all pages for the french sitemap assigned to menu-french and NO PAGES for dutch sitemap assigned to menu-dutch.
is there no way to get a sitemap for my dutch version?
